 Assistant Manager - People Practice

Work towards staffing and developing people of the company .

Key Responsibilities :
Work with People Practice Manager and Heads of the company and to constantly upgrade and rework on the best practices for People Practice division in India and keep it in line with the ethos of the parent Company.
Foster effective methods of goal setting, communication, and empowerment through responsibility
Work with Business heads to build customized career paths for team members.
Conduct/co-ordinate for regular Training sessions for Development of the team members
Maintain an up-to-date database of Human assets
Identify all requirements with respect to Labour Laws in India and ensure that policies and procedures are in compliance.
• Work with Manager People Practice to fill up human resource requirements and hire the best.
• Plan and conduct new team member Induction and Orientation
• Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics
• Advise the Management in appropriate resolution of employee relation's issues.
• Review the Compensation system and implement a reward system that reflects performance.
• HR Best Practices, Systems & Processes, Organization Dynamics, HR Philosophy.
• Manpower Planning, Sourcing, Selection methodologies.
• Training and Facilitation methodologies
• Local Labour Laws in India.
• IT solutions and development business and industry.
• Technology initiatives in HR.
• Good presentation and communication skills ( Oral & written).
• Implement and monitor HR initiatives and interventions
• Problem Solving skills
• Interpersonal sensitivity and good rapport building skills
