Current Requirements - Muscat

Country Manager

Location: Muscat.

Job Description:
Would drive the sales of the Country with targets assigned. Would be responsible for development and implementation of Business /Sales plans and would develop action plans to achieve and exceed sales revenue goals. Would be responsible for overall publisher, client account management.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Develop product wise Business/account plans for the Country along with action plans to achieve the same.
Meet and exceed sales revenue goals of the various products.
Develop strategies to further the acceptability of technology-based training in Academic, Government and Corporate markets.
Build and sustain relationships with principals.
Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the products - their features, technology platforms used, pricing details and competitor information.
Lead the Sales team from the front.
Mentor and motivate the sales team.
Ensure the follow up on all leads.
Maintain a focus on key account opportunities.
Understand the importance of providing high-value added and differentiated services to customers and ensure that this is done.
Build, maintain and nurture relationships with Customers.
Develop a process for pre-sales and post-sales account management to maximise Customer satisfaction.
Provide regular management reports and communication.
Responsible for overall client account management.
Provide constant feedback about marketing activities to Regional Managers.

Competencies:
Strong techno-commercial acumen would be necessary.
A demonstrated track record of Sales achievements.
Excellent presentation, communication and Business writing skills.
A demonstrated commitment towards building relations.
Leadership skills: An ability to motivate, mentor and monitor the sales team.
Strategic Business planning, Creative/Lateral thinking, Problem solving, Crisis management abilities.
