1. Financial Planning Manager


Summary:
The incumbent will be part of the Personal Banking team based at branches. The profile requires the incumbent to have sound understanding of the life insurance needs of customers and to offer them insurance products / investment solutions.
Responsibilities:
To understand the customer’s requirements and offer them customized solutions
Selling of Mutual Funds/ Insurance products to achieve targets through referrals and cold calls.
Maintaining records of all customers with proper documentation.
Skill and Experience:
Graduate.
At least 1.5 - 2 years of relevant experience.
Should have knowledge of the following products Insurance (Necessity) Mutual Funds (Desirable)   Investment related Tax issues.
AMFI & IRDA Certification (Necessity).
Personal Attribute:
Between 23-28 years of age
Planning / Organising skills, Sales orientation, Ability to achieve sales targets
Ability to work as part of a team delivering Wealth Management products
Ability to provide high level of customer service.

2. Officer in Marketing Department


Responsibilities:
The person would be responsible for:
Planning, Implementation and Evaluation of Marketing Initiatives at the branches.
Maintaining the Merchandise at the branches / ATMs through a merchandising agency.
Developing new merchandise within the branch guidelines.
He / she will have to extensively deal with external agencies (Advertising Agency/ Merchandising Agency) as well as interact with the internal branch / sales staff.
Maintain the Intranet for the Marketing Department.
Maintain and circulate MIS on branch performance.


Qualification & Experience:
A management post graduate (Major in Marketing) with 3 to 4 years of work experience.
Work experience could be as Marketing Co-ordinator / Officer in a FMCG / Services Company or a     Client Services Executive handling a large account in an Advertising Agency.
