 SECRETARY

Job Profile:
Graduate with Secretarial Course and 2-3 years of experience.
Good English, manners and personality.
Good written and spoken communication skills.
Ability to deal with top management.
Tech savvy or at least highly interested in tech use at work.
Well versed with Ms. Office including Access. (Necessary).
Shorthand and typing skills important.
Well organized and can handle work pressures.
Internet usage ability.
Familiar with international travel & stay arrangements.
Well developed person, with personal interests being an asset.
Good follow up skills regarding payments and other related payments.

Would be reporting to the (Chairman) Executive Secretary and to the Chairman.
