· Accountant

Job Summary:
Daily Accounts Writing
Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly working & MIS.
Accounts Finalization.
Liaison with auditors for statutory as well as tax audit.
Monthly Salary process.
Petty Cash handling.
Discharge statutory requirement such as P.F., ESIS, TDS etc.
a) Absolute Strengths:
Ability to understand the transactions as per vouchers, and make data entry as per. accounting principles.
Ability to complete jobs within the scheduled date / targets.
b) Beneficial Strengths:
Ability to communicate with staff members of other Departments / clarifications which are required for Accounting.
Ability to communicate (talking and reading) in Gujarati.
c) Convenient Strengths: Willingness to work extended hours to meet target dates, schedules etc. like Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Closing of Accounts.
3. Experience:
a) Essential: Four to Five in a reputed company operating Computerized Accounting Systems.
b) Knowledge of Tally Must.
4. Qualification:

· Personnel Admin Manager

Location: Dadar (Mumbai) office
Job Summary:
Payroll management including remittances of statutory dues.
Statutory Returns and other compliances.
Employee TDS.
Employee Benefits Management.
Employee recruitment, joining and separation handling.
Time Attendance and HRIS maintenance.
Graduate essential.
MBA Administration preferred.
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity, of which at least 3-4 years in a large, multi-location, multi-divisional and ERP environment
